ALTIBASE Wins Grand Prize at Korea Software Product Quality Awards
ALTIBASE, a leading Korean DBMS provider, has been awarded the Grand Prize at the 12th Korea Software Product Quality Awards hosted by TTA. Since its establishment in 1999 through a technology transfer from ETRI’s “Bada” research project, ALTIBASE has focused exclusively on developing and advancing Korea’s homegrown database management system (DBMS) technology.
ALTIBASE Presents High-Performance Hybrid DBMS at SoftWave 2025
Following the award, ALTIBASE participated in SoftWave 2025, Korea’s largest AI and software exhibition, held from December 3–5 at COEX Hall A. The company showcased its flagship Hybrid DBMS, which integrates both in-memory and on-disk database engines to provide high-performance OLTP processing and large-scale OLAP capabilities.
SoftWave 2025 hosts more than 350 companies and 550 booths, spotlighting the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and software innovation.

At Booth G18-1 within the SW Quality Excellence Pavilion, ALTIBASE presented:
