Altibase will participate in the 3rd Software Market Fair (SW Market Fair) on the 27th at the Government Sejong Convention Center, where it will present its global achievements and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy.

Hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the Korea Commercial Software Association, the event will be held at the Banquet Hall (4th floor) and Special Exhibition Hall (2nd floor) of the Government Sejong Convention Center. This marks the third edition of the event.

Altibase is currently leading a joint development project for in-memory database appliances in collaboration with major global IT companies headquartered in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The company is also demonstrating its global competitiveness as a Korean database management system (DBMS) provider by supplying the latest version, Altibase V7.3, to mission-critical systems of global finance and telecom companies.

At this event, Altibase will share successful case studies of market expansion both domestically and internationally. In particular, the company’s technology has been successfully implemented in the AI-powered real-time voice phishing monitoring system of a major domestic commercial bank, contributing to the prevention of financial crimes. This is considered a prime example of Altibase’s DB technology being effectively utilized in real-world AI applications.

Altibase will also reveal its technical vision aimed at driving data infrastructure innovation in the AI era. Backed by its long-standing DBMS development expertise and experience in delivering data solutions, Altibase plans to present a data-centric AI strategy that reflects the growing importance of data in light of advancements in AI and semiconductor technologies.
