Altibase has announced that they had deployed for their fifth DBMS case in Europe by establishing online education and remote support system for a Turkish company.

The key point is that Altibase did not send its own technical support personnel to Turkey, but received the project via online training with the ATP's technical personnel. 

Altibase’s technical personnel provided technical support for local ATP personnel through remote support in Korea.

Altibase signed a partner contract with ATP in Turkey in 2018 and has maintained a cooperative relationship since then. In addition, in 2018, two engineers from ATP in Turkey visited the Altibase HQ to complete the Altibase training program.

TradeSoft, a subsidiary of ATP, develops a global trading platform specialized in finance and supplies it to the European financial sector. TradeSoft has more than 300 customers in Turkey and Europe.

TradeSoft was able to significantly improve its performance and stability by introducing Altibase DBMS to its online trading system, and based on this, it is actively promoting business for European financial companies including Turkey.

Richard Nahm, Marketing/Overseas Sales Director, emphasized, “This project is very meaningful because we were able to do this project without sending engineers overseas.” He also stated that “ATP, a global partner, is steadily conducting new projects every year, and we are expecting to sign at least two new contracts this year.”
